Yoga is not just about exercise; it is a way to discover the sense of oneness with yourself, the world and the nature.”
As most of you are aware, 21st June is declared as International Yoga day by United Nations. In the spirit of international cooperation, the proposal was co-sponsored by UK and 177 other countries.
