  • Try to come with emptied bowels.
  • Yoga is beneficial when done on empty stomach or atleast 3 to 4 hours after food.
  • Make sure you wear loose comfortable clothing and remove your watches, jewellery etc.
  • Ladies in menstrual cycle please avoid dynamic, inverse postures & limitations told in class.
