- Please login 5mins before start time..
- Try to come with emptied bowels.
- Yoga is beneficial when done on empty stomach or atleast 3 to 4 hours after food.
- Make sure you wear loose comfortable clothing and remove your watches, jewellery etc.
- Ladies in menstrual cycle please avoid dynamic, inverse postures & limitations told in class.
