Yoga for School children:

Yoga is now a popular activity both for adults as well as in many schools . It does not need extensive kits and other resources. The practice of Yoga should not be seen as a specific religious ritual. It can be practiced by anyone. It is a good extra-curricular activity, which can help both children and adults to develop a strong and healthy physical body, mental concentration, and assist them in developing emotionally

Age : above 4 years for Telugu Language and above 6 years for Yoga

Today we are all witnessing an aspect of globalization which is the increasing movement of people from one country to another for different purposes, such as education, desire for a better life, the need for employment, escape from conflicts between groups including oppression of one group by another, or natural disasters. Whatever the reason, while such phenomenon may have a lot of benefits, living in another country affects one’s mother tongue.

Keeping mother tongue in a foreign country does not happen spontaneously. Instead, it is an achievement that requires commitment and determination, especially from the family. Parents must establish a strong home language policy and make consistent efforts to help their children develop good literacy skills in their first language.

We are introducing some standardized course material (textbooks/workbooks) as part of the course curriculum and that should easily help the students to refer as and when required and should also help parents to keep track of their progress.

The professional course material is more interactive and presented in a much better way including pictures which should create more interest to the students for learning.

This should also help to talk, read and write Telugu.

And will be giving certifications at the end of each level.

Further Telugu will be taught along with Indian values, moral stories and mythological stories.

Please encourage children to learn telugu and encourage our efforts.

Samskara Vidya is course is taught by Mr. Vidyadar Rao Garu who has got excellent teaching experience.

Yoga is taught by Maha Lakshmi garu who is certified in yoga course.

Telugu : Every Saturday 16:00 – 17:00 (Prerequisite – Age above 4 years)

Yoga : Every Saturday 17:00 – 18:00 (Prerequisite – Age above 6 years)
